Foodvaganza: Indra’s Guide to Cooking Mastery
September 23, 2007
What I came up with at home, alone, with 2 packs of instant noodle.
Pics after the jump.

First of all is, of course, the rice. Nice white, fluffy, aromatic rice. Sponsored by JDR (well, not really sponsored since I did paid for it). Tips on cooking a rice: Wash and rinse well, and for easy water level, use your index finger (yeah, the one you use to pick your nose when nobody’s watching. See the reason why you should pick your nose with your thumb?)

Second easiest thing to cook. Fried egg. I shaped mine like a pizza, and while cooking it, it’s best if you could flick it (not turn) because the sudden gust of air during the flicking will help spread the heat and make your egg taste better.
…
Ok, it just look a little fancier if you flick your eggs. Happy?
Tips: Do NOT neglect those little shells that you had from your immature skill of cracking open an egg. They will NOT improve the taste of your egg.

Last but not least, the veggies. Nice, crunchy green veggies. It’s always good to have some veggies with your meals. Why? Well, you know that its healthy in many ways, and secondly, it will prevent you from having to suffer hard sh**ing because of ambein (not sure what’s the english term to this, a help would be great)
Single guys, it’s always impressive for girls (in a way, they wouldn’t have to worry if they can’t cook that well) for their boyfriends to have some cooking skill. You don’t have to be great in it, as long as what you cook is edible, it’ll be good enough.
If anything else fails, read Jaden’s blog as well. She’s definitely has some great tips on cooking.

mum:
blow harder? I almost “fell out” simply because you didn’t pay enough attention while crossing the street! But don’t worry mum.. I forgive you.
sis:
yea, I’ve some bad experiences with your cooking. I mean, you are kinda moody when it comes to cooking. One time, your chocolate chips are so delicious I just can’t have enough. Another time, the same exact cookies, I could threw it to the wall and the wall will crack.
.. do’h!
